FBRA Salamander Fund
The Salamander Fund is our annual tax-deductible fund that supports every aspect of our school and is our top philanthropic priority. Both of our campuses survived the catastrophic flooding from Hurricane Helene, but not without damage or loss. If you are in a position to support FBRA at this difficult time, we urgently need your help. Please consider making a gift today. All funds will go towards the repair and replacement of items that were lost in the flood and help us maintain our financial stability.
More About the Salamander Fund
The French Broad River Academy provides a transformative middle school experience for its students by providing meaningful challenges inside and outside of the classroom. This is due largely in part to our dedicated staff and to the extraordinary generosity and commitment of our parents, alumni, and school community who have given so generously to the school. The Salamander Fund is our top philanthropic priority and the fund supports every aspect of the school.
A strong Salamander Fund helps us attract and retain our highly talented and committed faculty, offer tuition assistance to those in need, improve technology in the classroom, provide impactful outdoor programming, sustain our music and arts programming, and offer a variety of extracurricular activities. The Salamander Fund ensures that the school can continue its mission to build character and integrity for a lifetime of learning, service, and leadership.
Will my gift really make a difference?
A gift of any size is an endorsement for FBRA and has a much broader impact than its financial support alone. The greater our community participation, the more likely it is that foundations and corporations will consider investing in FBRA. When you give back, you confirm your belief in FBRA’s mission and demonstrate that you value the education that FBRA provides. Every gift, no matter the size, makes a difference. Thank you to everyone that has supported the Salamander Fund. Your gift ensures that every student receives the best educational experience possible.
